Dispatch Automation for AV & Live Events
Your crew. Called out. Without the chaos.
SMS-based dispatch that respects your workers and fills your shifts — without apps, portals, or late-night panic.
What coordinators actually say
From union halls to AV companies — five years of real dispatch, real crews.
"Rogers Arena runs 100,000+ shifts through CrewDriver. The seniority rules are baked in — I don't have to police it. IATSE members get offered work in the right order, they confirm themselves, and I sleep."

"I was terrified this would make me redundant. It didn't. I deal with exceptions now instead of sending 80 texts. My crew relationships are better because I'm not burning them out."
Lucy T.Labour Coordinator — AV company, Toronto
"$3 per confirmed placement. That's it. We don't pay for missed calls or no-shows — only for butts in seats. First month we cut labor admin time by 60%."
Mike D.Owner — live event production, Calgary
"2019 Super Bowl with IATSE 927. 48 hours notice on crew changes. CrewDriver handled the cascading offers without me losing my mind or burning crew goodwill."
James P.Production Manager — Atlanta
"My crew doesn't have to download an app, make an account, or remember a password. They get a text. They reply YES. Done. Adoption was instant."
Priya K.Coordinator — Flex client, Vancouver
"No late-night emergency texts from me anymore. The system sends at configured hours. My crew actually appreciates that. Turnover dropped noticeably."
Dana R.Labour Coordinator — mid-size AV, Seattle
How It Works
Three texts. Shift filled.
No dispatcher touching every call. No apps. No portals. Just SMS and your roster.
You create the shift
Set the date, time, role, and how many people you need. CrewDriver builds the offer list from your roster — seniority rules, availability, and relationship history included.
Crew gets a text
Workers receive an SMS offer — no app, no login, no password. They reply YES or NO. If someone declines, the next person on the list gets the offer automatically.
You get confirmation
Once enough crew confirm, you get notified. The shift is locked. You pay $3 per confirmed placement — nothing for declined offers or no-shows.
Trusted in production dispatch since 2019
